I wanted to go just to see Lee Adama in person- then I heard he would be CHARGING for autographs! WTF??
I'm one of those spoiled kids who actually owned a USS Fagg the first time around- my parents bought me a used one for like 150 bucks in 1988. It wouldn't make that great of a coffee table.
Rad. We saw Kelly O and have been waiting for the "How Was It" ever since.
I wanted to get a copy of the made-for-tv justice league movie, but alas, the bootleggers were few and far between. I wonder if the organizers but the kibosh on them this year.
I thought I'd bought that for a nephew one year, but if it was going for $150 in 1988, I am most likely quite mistaken.
hey #4 - i have both of those horrible trainwreck live action episodes and much more. bobcat at sleestak dot net
Ooooh, USS Flagg...*swoon*
farscape...you mean like the us/australian television series?
Some of the SLOG pics are cool.
But there aren't that many uploaded ... we need MORE.
Farscape is only the greatest sci-fi show ever! Well, it was good anyway. It was hard to get people into it because some of the main characters were muppets. But if you stuck with it long enough to suspend your disbelief, it was totally badass. I would usually try to sell it to people with two phrases: "interspecies rape" and "milking machine".
Sandman is overrated.
And that Darth Vader costume would have been twice as awesome if the guy in it didn't have his helmet off (presumably to breathe) the entire day.
where do you find nerdy girls with legs like that
Asperger's is a hell of a drug!
I went on Saturday. Got Jamie Bamber's autograph. I had alot of fun.
Farscape is one of the most phenomenal and bat-shit shows in the history of humans, utterly ripping out and rewriting the rules of science-fiction television, and leaving everything else to look like the status quo that it is.
Also, it had muppets.
THWIP!
SPLORT!!!
From the ever fertile mind of R. Crumb.
#4 Why would you buy a bootleg copy of New Frontier? You can get the 2-Disc deluxe edition on Amazon used for 15 bucks.
