The name of the country in the local language never changed. The military dictatorship changed the English name of the country only. The democratic parliament (never seated in 1990) and the current democratic opposition both prefer "Burma."

Plus now they have to pay lawyers fees for losing the case. Lots of taxpayer $$$ for that.

Why isn't any public official held accountable for this massive governmental lawbreaking? No one is getting fired and no one is even identified as being responsible.
