You know, as much as the connections dredged up here piss me off, the article also makes me wish that Obama went for the Clinton throat, and earlier. The last paragraph of the article mentions that Obama has not run this kind of campaign. But I'm starting to wish he had leading up to and after Pennsylvania.

Clinton’s gotten a pass from Obama on the character assassination game, but never would from the Republicans if she ends up facing them.

For example, take Clinton’s first professional job. Was it:

• Nobly working for a progressive law firm for American’s civil rights, when other more lucrative opportunities were available? (my personal opinion), or

• Working for a Communist law firm to defend domestic terrorists while our country’s troops were being killed and tortured by Communists? (cue video of Black Panthers with guns, North Vietnamese torturers/picture of McCain as prisoner)

Just because Obama hasn’t played this game, don’t think the Republicans wouldn’t.
