@8 - Yes, but there are two key differences:

1. This is the candidate's aide, not the candidate himself. With Bush, it was the candidate himself.

2. While it appears that Mr. Love has matured and moved on from the ol' fraternity days, it is not so clear that Dubya has (sobriety notwithstanding).

There is a difference between acting like a frat boy/college kid when you are indeed a frat boy/college kid, and acting like one when those days are 20+ years behind you.
