@9 - The cops are stating that he's connected to almost 2 dozen assaults mostly up and down the Rainier Valley for the last year. The victims were Asian and Asian-American women ranging in age from 16 to 92. Several were raped and seriously injured.

So, yeah, go ahead and laugh 'cause it's not a big deal. I mean, it's not like some hipster web-designer got mugged outside Neumo's or something.
