mike edison is one cool cat, and hilarious to boot. i do a lot of design work for him as editor of Backbeat Books in NYC.
one correction, i believe the live show with his band, The Edison Rocket Train, is at Slims in Georgetown after the reading at Sunset.
The reading at the Sunset will, from what we are the store understand, also feature music. Drums, tape loops, Edison on keyboard/s. An "interstellar groove machine," of some sort. (Or maybe that's the style of music by which he will be accompanied.)
No word about the presence of this instrument, though.
