Jerry Garcia is the dude who designed the interior of the NWFF. If Jerry Garcia is getting high enough in his career to design a residential tower it's a good sign for him and Seattle.

I am looking at the parking lot right now from my office and imagining something strange and trippy. Actually, on that corner strange and trippy is an everyday occurance.

I agree with Cale. If you're building withing 2 blocks of a Sound Transit station, you need to think MORE not just two stories.

Sounds like an upzone area to me ...

Oddly enough I agree with Will for once. They should be able to accomodate six stories there pretty easily. I hope they build to and fill the street line too.
