<description><![CDATA[<p>What's the solution to conservative right wing ideologue judges? I know! Let's have our Democratic majority broker a "compromise" that would "cement Republican conservative control of the [U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals] for the foreseeable future no matter who is elected president." Just so long as they get to add a Democrat to the permanent minority, that's OK!</p>
