What kind of sicko puts sugar in his iced tea? Blech.
But I want my ice-tea to taste like cardboard. So I leave the tags on.
And would you eat surgar with that nasty ass measuring cup he is using?!?!?!
@1 Umm, southern people. Sweet Tea. You can make a "simple syrup" to sweeten it as well.
@2, agreed, it looks like that was supposed to be the flour scoop, not the sugar scoop.
Personally, I use Tazo ice tea pouches, quick and easy and no cardboard tags to pull off.
This guy is creepy. And I want to date him. Anybody have his number?
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the "Kelly O makes inedible beef stroganoff" tutorial. I wish I had two more hands...
I think he should have his own cooking show or at least be a guest judge on Top Chef!!
@3--Yes, I know. I grew up in Indiana, the Middle Finger of the South. At church pitch ins (the rest of the nation calls them pot lucks) we would have a container of sweet tea and one of unsweetened tea.
I don't know if you've tried it, but served cold, very sweet, strong tea is THE BOMB.
If you are in NYC, check out BushBaby: http://www.myspace.com/bushbabyinc in Bed/Stuy. Not only do they have fantastic food, they are actually genuinely friendly. It's weird. And they have Millie's Sweet Tea. I'm serious, it's a place you must go.
This man should be short-listed for he "Bore of the Year" awards. Also, sweet tea, though enjoyed in the Southeast, should stay there.
