Maybe it's just due to mistaken purchases by people thinking it's a Prince tell-all book?
That picture is creepy on so many levels.
This poster just made me think of a scene in Scrubs where a doctor delievers a baby and proclaims," It's a bouncing baby boy! Yet another soldier in the fight against Communism!" and then looks off into the distance
I'm sorry, is he somebody we're supposed to know about? Or some well-known Flat Earther?
What probably happened is a bunch of supporters bought bulk orders of the book. This "artificially" raises the sales volume of the book but not by individual buyers. This is what places like Bob Jones University will do. Purchase large bulk orders of books by right wing wack jobs to distribute or whatever to their followers.
Also, the NYT has an asterick by these sort of sales in the best seller list as well.
oh, forget about ron paul. zzzz. in other news, it looks like schmuckabee is going to be mccain's running mate. as long as it isn't rigged (fingers crossed), this election looks like it's going to be a fun spectacle this year.
@6 Well, now, that's interesting. Where did you hear that? I haven't seen anything yet...
No Lapel Pin, No Credibility.
Quick, someone photoshop a lapel pin on him. that will silence the detractors.
oh sorry, 7 i forgot to cite my source in all my excitement:
www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/candidates/mike.huckabee
@5
Thats exactly how Joe Kennedy put (and kept) JFK on the best seller list. His basement and several warehouses he owned were literally filled with copies of his sons books.
I think he wants to steal that baby!
Talk about flag desecration. I sure hope that baby has a diaper on him. And why hasn't he got all his hair tucked in? Hasn't he heard of hygiene?
It may not be a show of unilateral support but you know his cultists are going to take it that way.
Also, @5 If you read some of the Amazon.com reviews, some of the reviewers admitted to doing that already.
Ron Paul to the future! Bring back the blimp!
"It's the Blimp, Frank! It's the Blimp!"
My only remaining question is: Will Ron Paul pick Don Van Vliet as his running mate?
