He said he didn't know that the new internet filter banned The Stranger. "The filter is being modified all the time," he said. "And we didn't want to have to have one anyway, but a few people were downloading stuff and creating problems and ruining it for everybody." He promised to lift the ban on The Stranger, but wouldn't make any promises about YouTube. Sorry—did what I could....
