i was watching that and trying to figure out if Perkins knew what he was getting into. he was so easy to confuse, i almost felt bad for him. almost.

I'm a regular Daily Show watcher, but seems every time I watch Colbert, I get pissed with him.

Ayden, I'm the opposite. For me, The Daily Show has been unwatchable the last couple of years. Smugness is so early 2000s.

you have to love this. Perkins was literally tongue tied by Colbert. Why is it that when you start to discuss gay issues, the born agains bring up the bible? Yet....when you talk about any other sin the bible mentions and is not followed today (as Colbert so beautifully did), they ramble.

Anyway, three cheers for Colbert on this one. Excellent post!
