Wouldn't it be funny if Clinton challenged a President Obama for the Democratic nomination in 2012?

2012 contains in it the assumption that Barack will either fail to win the election or utterly fail as president that people will look to her to take over. Reminds me of the 3AM phone call SNL sketch.

If Obama wins in November, Hillary would be looking at 2016, not 2012 -- and she'll be 69 years old.

If McCain wins in November, we may not have a 2012.

And the reason Senator Clinton wouldn't challenge President Obama for the Democratic nomination in 2012 is what? That she wouldn't dare? That she lacks the brass? That she's not insane?

No, Obama already has his primary challenger when he's up for re-election.
