At least this promotes getting the most out of your meat as possible. People need to learn that there's more to beef than sirloins and rounds.

And I'm a, uh, firm believer in getting the most out of one's meat. Or another's.
There is scientific evidence that it was bone marrow that lead humans to develope tools. I think it goes to our roots no matter what you think about meat today.
