A neighbor of the victim went to visit the 49-year-old woman and found her front door open. When the neighbor entered the woman's apartment, she found her body. Neighbors say they had not seen the 49-year-old woman since Saturday. Police were called to the Frye Hotel—which was converted to low-income housing in 1998—where police took a 48-year-old man in to custody. SPD has not released information on the man's relationship to the victim.... I don't think there are ANY private SROs left in Seattle, certainly not downtown. Where do you think all the homeless men you see came from?
