This speculative short play about the Democratic Convention is by a West Wing writer. The best part is the gay hooker, and that’s in the first scene, but you want to know who wins, don’t you?
Via Hollywood Elsewhere, but I’m not going to link, because Obama fan Jeffrey Wells has some embarrassing analysis about why the gays love Hillary that I can’t let anyone else read.
As good as The West Wing was, Laurence O'Donnell is kind of a sanctimonious dick.
Still, the image of a flabby lieutenant governor of some unknown state fucking a prostitute is probably a good comparison to how the Democratic party machine operates...

An entertaining boob, and his feud with David Poland is a hoot, but he should NOT be read for his political analysis.
His movie analysis is frequently suspect as well...
I like Lawrence O'Donnell. I think it was him that did a really good interview with Dan on Air America about Ted Haggard's rehab. In it, he mocked the idea of someone being "100% heterosexual". That's pretty cool to hear from someone who appears regularly on the stodgy McGlaughlin Group.
Sooo- why talk about it, if you aren't going to post it? Lame.
