these students really disappoint me. sure, they showed teamwork and creativity. but getting caught so easily? i'd expect that from a second grader.

What?! They can't be charged as an adult for planning an adult crime! What is being done about this by the elected leaders of this state? They should remove any age restriction for prosecution as an adult so we can convict these predators and PUT A NEEDLE IN THEIR ARMS. This cuddling as gotten us no where with these hardened criminals. Send these kids to Gitmo. This is clearly a terrorist act by a well organized sleeper cell. Georgia law is superceded by national security in this case. Load them on a short, yellow boat and send them to Gitmo I say!

This story was brought to you by media sensationalism. If the kids hadn't been caught, nothing would have happened. And, no, they weren't mad at their teacher for telling a kid not to stand on a chair. That's a reporter punching up the story to make the kids seem more insane.

hmmm, i'm not so sure this one is primarily sensationalism. and while maybe nothing else would have happened, they did bring tools and weapons to school.

It's stories like these that make me question whether to keep pursuing a teaching credential... Granted, this is extreme, but as a sub, I saw some crazy shit in schools.
