But the more pertinent question is: "is it beautiful life?"

'cause according to Chaz, that's the only life that counts, you know.

I could see and would probably support putting cameras in Victor Steinbrueck, Occidental and Hing Hay parks, but jeez! Are we gonna have to go smoke pot in Vouluneer Park or something?

electability again.

interesting maps at http://www.270towin.com/

then click on their maps showing McCain v. Clinton electoral college results using most recent polling, then McCain v. Obama ditto.

Anyone can then envision paths forward for Obama, or Clinton if you like.

The 270towin folks using 3 polling outfits say that the general election electoral college results shape up as follows:

(adding leaning D to strong D and adding leaning R to strong R):

Clinton: 190 ECV, McCain 203 ECV, swing states the rest out of 538 total.

Obama: 180 ECV, McCain 211 ECV, swing states the rest out of 538 total.

Conclusion:

maybe we should think about this. It's not showing Obama is electable. Perhaps he needs to start doing something different, to be more electable. What can he do to be more electable?

I don't mind the cameras as long as they focus on violent crime.

What?

You talk about Canadian Bacon and nothing about the upcoming cartoon series on CBC about Doug and Bob McKenzie?

Hosers!

I like the fact that selling drugs is NOT waived, while grand larceny, burglary, making terrorist and bomb threats, and carrying a gun on school grounds DOES get waived. Glad to see the priorities are in the right place.
