So now decades-old essays by Obama's dead father, whom he scarcely knew, are campaign fodder? Why not go through the man's kindergarten records while you're at it? Oh, wait.

“Homosexuals,” the Pope continued “are the reason that you can’t find a gawddamn condo in West LA for less than $500,000. So don’t even freakin’ think about Westwood or Santa Monica—that ship has sailed. You’re gonna end up living in Fullerton or Chatsworth, and all because of SODOMITES!”

I assume Hils will shortly be finding a way to attach victim status to herself too, for having one of the most powerful media people in the world call the world's leading terrorist by her opponent's name.

Not funny, asshole.

a two state solution is impossible as long as PM olmert continues to support the insane settler program inside the westbank. since dismantling the settlements in gaza, the settlements have grown and continue to grow in the westbank. the settlers basically want to push the palestinians out and have jordan absorv them, which is not going to happen and thought the westbank continues to be run by fatah as oppose to the loons in gaza, the settlement land grabs continue to create resentment and deepens the caste system of the few dominating the arab majority. the key to peace is to isolate hamas and promote democracy within the westbank, but the first step is to end the settler program and the brutal occupation.

it is no wonder PM is even less popular in israel than GW is here.

the left and center left inside israel has always supported a two state solution, and israelis, but for some reason the US continues to support the most hawkish of goverments and the most reactonary policies including the settler program which is nothing more than some religious fanatics' vision of land that is theirs by god's command.

26% defection among Clinton supporters
19% defection among Obama supporters
2.1% margin of error

Is there really much difference?

I hope these people are either blowing hot air, or they don't know the first thing about who McCain really is. This could change once Democrats focus their money on exposing him. The crapfest known as the media has done everything in their power to ignore his flaws and his ignorance on important issues, while citing his status as a 'maverick' and a 'straight talker' and pretending they weren't the ones to brand him as such in the first place.

You guys think the media is giving Hillary or Obama the coronation? Wrong. It's McCain.

"child sexual-abuse scandals in the United States, and said it is causing “great suffering” for the church and “me personally.”"

I feel so very sorry for the Catholic Church and the poor poor Pope.

Fuck those money grubbing children!

After reading a few posts on Taylor Marsh's blog, I don't ever want to hear Obama supporters called "brainwashed" again. Jesus, these people are crazy.

And to those Christians who think that America was founded on Christianity... Look, even the Pope knows that's not true!

"'But he said the United States was interesting because it 'started with positive idea of secularism.'
'This new people was made of communities that had escaped official state purges and wanted a lay state, a secular state that opened the possibility for all confessions and all form of religious exercise,' he added. 'Therefore it was a state that was intentionally secular. It was the exact opposite of state religion, but it was secular out of love for religion and for an authenticity that can only be lived freely.'"

Obama's grace under all this is awesome. He doesn't hide that he's pissed, because he is an honest man. Imagine the crap Hillary would make up in the same situation. Then doing a shot like a Yale sorority girl. Please, what a puppet. Reminds me of the story of one of the candidates in 68 - Muskie? Humphrey? who came into a bar in West Virginia and said loud and proud, "Bartender, a beer for the boys - and a Courvoisier for me!" I don't know who drinks Crown Royal, that's a weird one.
