"Girl reporter"? Well, that's just super, toots. And it's so damn cute the way your tits bounce when you walk in those heels.

Hopefully, some savvy student at Mt. Si will snap a phone-cam shot of the half-dozen or so Hutch supporters who bother to show up - just so there's a good visual record of the actual numbers when teh Rev. tries to chalk up another "victory against teh gays" the next time someone shoves a mic in front of his big, fat face.

This is Josh's way of saying Erica's getting his job, by the way.

Just so y'all know.

I am still relatively new here and I am curious, are Josh and Erica dating?

ECB really is taking over Josh's job? Great, now every local news piece will be guaranteed to have her whiny voice. Really, I don't care if she likes Clinton or whatnot, but she just always sounds like she's stamping her feet and whining.

@4, it seems like it, doesn't it? They're perfect.

Great news for fans of manufactured outrage, and morally-righteous nut jobs!

Boast about what you like, so long as it's not your ability to properly use the word "its."

"it's eco design"

"it's" -- really?

The list of potential City Council candidates only had one that even sounded worthwhile, IMHO. Alec Fisken would be a great choice.

A lot of the problems with City Hall (the building) have to do with the design itself, as well. No real thinking about form = function - a good eco building is a system designed from the beginning, not put together in a faux-Jetsons OMG manner like we have.

Just look at the innate air flow, window location, the hard steps ... ok, does nobody realize mostly old people show up at city council hearings or are they all in Clinton denial land?

We can make up the city tax shortfall from real estate revenue taxes with the profit from towing all the Hummers that are too big off the streets and increasing the parking fee for any vehicle that gets less than 40 mpg to $20 an hour.

Plus put a flat 1 percent income tax on all people doing business with the city who have a gross income (salary, bonus, meds, retirement, options, dividends) of more than $1 million, as permitted by our fine state constitution. With no exemptions, of course.

We know what the Chris Kissel comment is aiming for. Hopefully Dan will ignore anything Feit says and bring Dominic on board.

Josh - I've enjoyed your work. Especially the basketball analogies and hearing your dad's perspective on the state of the country. Best of luck... Keep on kicking ass

I'm not usually a pro-development cheerleader, but if more condos equals less churches, then Sis-Boom-Bah, baby!

Nothing at all then about the congolese witches responsible for shrinking men's penises.

April is dragging. I was really looking forward to the end of the month. Now I'm apprehensive about what the beginning of May will bring.

Maybe we should zone ALL church properties into condos? Now that is something I could get behind easily. St John's Cathedral as some nice first hill condos? PERFECT!!!!

There's something kicky and ironic-awesome about "Girl Reporter Erica C. Barnett." I do think her byline in the paper should read, from here forward, "BY ERICA C. BARNETT, GIRL REPORTER" similar to "SEAN NELSON, EMERITUS."

Except for the fact that it's St. JAMES cathedral, I am totally behind your idea Andrew. That place hasn't been the same since they remodeled it anyway.

Let's just charge all the churches in town taxes (local, and federal) and see how many go up for sale.

Can you imagine how fast Driscoll and Hutch would be out of here without their tax free income?

I thought "fat news section" was going to be news on fat people, and hence the headline "I'll never do this again" led me to think that Josh was seriously regretting the decision to do news on fat people.

Best of luck, Josh.

The fewer churches the better, I always say. (And I've always been confused as to why so many blacks continue to eat up the white man's religion they were served as slaves).

@25. why do so many white's continue to eat up the middle-eastern religion served them?

I have a feeling that we'll still see Josh around.

Probably walking down Broadway, talking to himself. Loudly.
