My ex of about 25 years ago had an uncle by the same name who abused said ex as a child.

The ex had forgiven him and made peace with him, but he seriously creeped me out when I met him. He was a class-A shitbag, which was funny because the ex's mother always thought her family was so regal and so much royalty (when in reality the whole family was lucky to have two teeth to rub together). She wanted to look down her huge, pig-like nose at me, when it was her own brother who was the scum of the earth.

As they say, good riddance to bad rubbish.
