what a waste. do you know how many paper grocery bags could have been made from that lumber? and since it's cedar, the bags would smell really nice too.

I wonder what the name references. It looks a little like the Stronghold in the southern Badlands, where the ghost dancers fled the US Army before the massacre at Wounded Knee.

My friends and I always pictured the "stronghold" as more of a bunker (seeing as it's accessible from the other side). Whenever I see it, I just think of putting a big machine gun on top and stopping the Red's amphibious assault coming up from Lake Union.
