Clinton Comments on Obama and Rev. Wright

posted by on April 30 at 9:40 AM

And she does it on Bill O’Reilly’s show, saying of Obama:

He made his views clear—finally.

She also calls Wright’s remarks as “outrageous” and “offensive.”

If Hillary the Bitch gets the nomination by stealing the Super Delegates (the only way she can at this point BTW) I am going to vote for Nader or hell, I may just vote for McCain just to vote on the winning side of an election for once!

Never forget that Clinton is not only running on fumes, she's airing attack videos that originated (when you trace the TCP/IP wrappers) with the McCain campaign.

Even PBS admits her campaign is in debt and McCain's campaign is not running due to public financing - so basically she's working for her old masters in the Republican party right now - and still has ZERO chance of winning.

Whining on the other hand ... yeah, she's got tons of that. So does Bill.

Andrew, there are far better reasons to vote for McCain over Hillary such as, they are becoming nearly indistinguishable in their policy proposals that you might as well vote for the one that doesnt make you want to vomit.

andrew, i'm guessing your just really upset -- which is understandable. but it's important to keep united in this thing, and to keep above the fray. using sexist terminology and threatening to vote for mccain does not represent obama nor the democratic party well.

Best Response goes to #3!! Congrats!!!!

Also in a race between Hillary or McCain at least McCain will tell you to fuck off to your face: Hillary will do it behind your back like her husband did with DOMA, Don't Ask Don't Tell, the Media Consolidation Act, NAFTA......

No matter what happens, people here find an excuse to attack Clinton. As I see it, the reality is that they are both strong candidates who have made mistakes. And to me it seems obvious that they are both preferable to McCain on just about every important issue I can think of.

No... her HUSBAND is a strong candidate. Clinton has never run as anything but a surrogate, especially in these communities where she's "gaining traction".

Oh god. I can't believe you people seriously think Clinton and McCain are the same.

McCain wants to repeal Roe v. Wade, Clinton has a 100% rating by NARAL. McCain is against hate crime and discrimination legislation to protect LGBT, Clinton is not (and supports full domestic partnership). McCain's answer to health care is "personal responsibility," Clinton wants full universal healthcare. McCain wants to deport 2 million immigrants, Clinton wants to stop raids and to create a path to citizenship. McCain wants to continue the Iraq War indefinitely, Clinton wants to start withdrawing all troops immediately.

Clinton's tactics suck, but her stances and record are very similar to Obama and they are the polar opposite of McCain. Please do not even consider voting for McCain; it's just plain evil.

If there’s one thing I don’t doubt about Hillary it’s that she would disown and denounce anyone the very second it looked like they might be an impediment to her gaining power. Except Bill of course.

@8, and Hillary will change her positions on EVERY single issue you list if it will get her more votes.

Remember that thing about Iraq in 2003?

Yes, finally, after Reverend Wright predicted Obama would a year ago.

“If Barack gets past the primary, he might have to publicly distance himself from me,” Mr. Wright said with a shrug. “I said it to Barack personally, and he said yeah, that might have to happen.”

#10: If she changed her position on every issue except one, she'd be one issue better than McCain.

McCain is as bad or worse than Bush. He is not a reasonable option.

@8,

I'd like to point out that mandatory universal health insurance does not equal universal health care. I still haven't seen Hillary address the issue of deductibles and copays, which I understand has been a problem in Massachusetts. People are being forced to buy insurance, although not forced to pay more than what the MA government says they should be able to afford. But, they still have to pay deductibles and copays, which can be an obstacle for poor and lower middle class people to be able to see a doctor.

While I don't like defending the asshole, McCain differs from Bush on issues like torture and the environment.

She is the most passive agressive candidate.

Personally? I'd rather vote for someone who may or may not take us to war again than for someone who definitely will.

I just don't get all this hostility toward
Hillary. Is it because she's such a tough campaigner and you think this should be some sort of coronation for Obama? She's worked so damn hard all her life to make life in this country better for people. Sometimes those on the extreme left are as mean spirited as those on the right and it's not a pretty sight at all. You're the same people who's refusal to compromise gave us Bush. Happy? How much are you going to crab about McCain?

Wow Vince, was your post sarcastic? Apparently you havent been paying ANY attention to the campaign. This seems to be common amongst HRC supporters. So let me ask you, Vince, Is Karl Rove just a "tough campaigner" who we should respect? Give me a fucking break. Hillary's campaign has spewed mored divisive BS into the democratic party than any in history and her supporters still manage to whine and cry like this Vince clown above. I continue to be amazed. She deserves every bit of vitriol being directed her way from democrats and then some. You cant run around the country being a rabid bitch and the moan and cry when people call you a bitch. ugh.

She has? I'm perfectly happy to acknowledge that Hillary is accomplished, but I don't see evidence of her working all her life to help others. There are people who do that, who make sacrifices, who focus their entire lives and careers on that. Hillary is not one of those people. No mainstream politician is. All of them, even Obama, are too concerned with aggrandizing themselves.

You know the Establishment is feeling threatened when right-wing TV blowhard Bill O'Reilly is sucking up to a "Democrat", while simultaneously piling-on the only potential agent for real change. I don't remember O'Reilly interviewing John Edwards in 2004 in an attempt to take John Kerry down. Oh that's right, they didn't need Edwards to do take Kerry down because they had the Republican funded Swiftboat Veterans for "Truth" to do it for them. With the Republican nominee determined, they now feel the need to influence the Democratic primary.

Hillary has obviously learned a lot from the Republican's dirty pool tactics. It's disgusting to me that she would even do this interview with O'dumbass. She must realize that once Obama's out of the way their gonna take her down too. She's showing her true colors and Fox/GOP News is showing their obvious preference for the D candidate who is most like them.

None of this is surprising, it's just overwhelmingly frustrating to have people taken down over and over again due to media-driven stories of no consequence (ie. Howard Dean's scream, Swiftboat Veterans for Lies, Obama's flag pin etc). Shame on you Hillary.

Bill can suck-it as well.

I didn't see the O'Reilly interview, but I'm guessing she didn't mention how one of her supporters arranged Rev. Wright's National Press Club appearance: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2008/04/wrightsetup.html
