I was kind of hoping for a list of federal buildings he is no longer permitted to set foot inside, like maybe all of them. Passport office? He won't be needing a passport; as a fugitive war criminal he'll be arrested if he sets foot outside of the country.

They would be better off to spend the $4m on bionic internal organs so he would actually live for 6 months after he leaves office. Isn't he already his 19th pig heart or something? I can see GWB pushing Dick out to the mob on January 20th, 2009 and then climbing out the back window of the White House.
