I love AC/DC.

One of them must have been a Bon Scott fan.

Or a Mariners fan.

First Coldplay's "Yellow", now this . . .

You can not compare that nonsense Yellow to this masterpiece of rock.

i love the beacon pub. it is a place to drink alcohol with a blurry sonics game in the background, playing in a too large for the space tv.

No, blame JJ Putz. The M's closer has this song play when he comes out.

This news made me sad not just for the victims, but for the best karaoke night in Seattle. I love the Beacon.

Wow! Didn't realize the Beacon was so damn huge.

I had no idea that The Young People were coming to Beacon Hill. Back when I was the co-host of the popular cable access program called "Hootenanny" (with the incomparable Sylvia O. Stayformore) we did a show at the Beacon Pub. I performed the Mike Flowers version of "Light My Fire", and not a single person pulled out a firearm.

Of course, I was much younger then, and had no qualms about public nudity, no matter what the liquor laws said. Maybe that's why we didn't have any shootings.
