Lobbyists only declare the percentage of their salary that goes to the work they were doing influencing legislation. While I know that Kim doesn't make a lot of money, I hope she's making more than $21,000 per year working for SPAN. If not, then I hope she'll be able to leverage her good work for more money there -- or somewhere else.
