Since you bolded the word "jail" I assume you're suggesting this was another outrageous example of our failed drug policies.

So getting in a car and driving when you're impaired is fine and dandy in your book -- as long as it's weed and not alcohol? (And yes, I (and you) have no choice at this time but to accept the police version, which is a whole separate issue...)
