Hey Dan, give him a break. There is many a time where I couldn't remember my previous 36 hours too.

I probably was even soliciting dances. The threatening comments, not so much.

There Is No Religion Without Hypocrisy.

That's a great name, though. The Rhodenizer. From now on, can we say that a clergy member exposed as a lying hypocrite and sex fiend has been "Rhodenized"?

Hey, he's a paster. His congregation will forgive him the minute he steps back across his church's threshhold, and his "transgression" will be chalked up to the work of Satan, teh gays, and Godless, librul Democrats, so everything is completely copacetic.

Perhaps violations of church morality that are also violations of the law should have twice the penalty. I love the way these religious types want to tell everyone else how to act so lets double the penalty for them. Lets see, how about if we make it against the law for "christians" to get birth control. No, wait, who needs more of them? I know, since they don't believe in evolution, let's make it against the law to receive any medical cures that use DNA. After all, DNA is the evolutionary track record. Or how about a law that says no cures from stem cell research for "christians". Let's impose a little what's good for the goose.

Drinking, fighting, and making threatening remarks - isn't that normal behaviour for a right-wing pastor?

Drinking, fighting, making threatening remarks and chasing pussy. There's your complete list of normal behavior for a right-wing pastor.

He was just trying to touch them deep on the inside so they would feel comfortable when he invited them to church.
It is a conspiracy just like those guys who were quietly talking on the bus to get people to go to Mars Hill.

He just sounds like he had a breakdown. Perhaps from his own oppression of himself?

He wasn't breaking any laws, so I don't think this is a huge deal as much as I kinda feel bad for the guy.

Okay, he might've been EXTREMELY irresponsible by just leaving and allowing taxpayers to pay for an FBI search.

However, booze and tits does not a monster make! At least he wasn't fondling minors or drug trafficking!

Jesus told me he's disappointed.
