<description>I had an assignment this morning in the U District (thanks to Dan for covering the big book story of the morning), and I had finished with it at about noon, which meant I was looking for lunch up there, which really only means one thing: A sausage at Shultzy&apos;s. The El Diablo, in particular: A spicy hot sausage split down the middle and covered with salsa and sour cream, served on a mountain of fries and with a side of coleslaw for $8.99. <description><![CDATA[<p>Better hope they don't screw up your meal or forget to process your ticket with the cooks and leave you waiting for an hour before they notice you never got food... because, as I was ungraciously told long ago, they will not discount or comp your meal if they do.  If a server elects to do so, it will come out of their own pocket, per the owner's policy.</p>

<p>So yeah, I don't eat there anymore.  From the looks of things, they don't miss me, so good for them, I suppose.</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>I love Shultzy's.  I eat there on average two times a week.  Started my freshman year, I'm a senior now.</p>

<p>It was damned hard to convince friends to go their first time.  "A sausage place?  Why would I want to go there," they'd ask.  They all became regulars.</p>

<p>Never had a bad (overall) experience.  Once, my brat wasn't cooked to my liking they replaced it without thinking twice.</p>]]></description>
