THE LEGENDARY tenacity of the Clinton political dynasty was displayed last night as Hillary Clinton used a campaign meaner than a junkyard dog to win presidential primaries in Ohio and Rhode Island.

[Clinton's] ability to go on comes thanks to two big states' constituencies.

Hispanic voters in Texas gave her a 2-to-1 advantage over Obama.

While younger voters in Ohio broke 61 percent to 39 percent for Obama, over-60 voters were giving Hillary Clinton more than 63 percent of their votes.

Older voters far outnumbered youthful counterparts in the Buckeye State.

What's strange is that Obama was making major inroads into Clinton's constituencies in Wisconsin, Virginia, Maryland. Then come Ohio and Texas and the Clinton voting blocs re-establish themselves. Hard not to see this as the politics of fear re-asserting itself.
