Yum, eggs. I'll take mine over easy. With whole wheat toast and bacon.
And hey, I couldn't help but notice that Stop-Loss did $4.5 million this weekend. $4.5 million?!?! (Laughs hysterically.)

Dude, you're on a fuckin' role since this weekend. Did the rest of the staff die in a ritual suicide?

I remember when U-Village was an Ernst, the Ram, a crappy Hobby shop and a post office.

Man, that place has gotten intolerable.

The answer to the question appears to be "neither". Both opened in 2003. I'm guessing the Center for Contemporary Art was circulating as a drawing long before it was built, though. But I don't see THAT much similarity, honestly. The perspective on your shot of CCA is a bit misleading.

Not the same species at all. I'm from cincy and have been to the CAC a few times. I really despise the space as a venue for displaying art. C & B is likely much better designed for displaying its products. The most interesting thing about the CAC is the cantilevered sections which transgress the "normal" building space and seem to go out into the public space of the street. I'm not qualified to say how unique this is but...
