2. Break each egg into a bowl and add some pepper and a little milk, if desired. Beat eggs until blended. Discard shells.
2. Put some butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. When butter is melted, add eggs to pan. Cook, stirring, until fluffy.
4. Serve on a plate with a dollop of catsup. Enjoy!
