I think you should take your family and go visit her, Dan. Maybe then she wouldn't be so afraid of her son and other gay people.

The REAL scary part is this woman makes laws that effect peoples' lives. In some cases probably ruins their lives.

@1 Yeah, because hard core gay haters will always relent when presented with evidence that proves them wrong.
In other words they never let reality get in the way of their opinions.

Yes, as this week's Savage Love column pointed out quite nicely, thank you very much.

Ever since you started posting about this lunatic, I've been trying to figure out who she reminds me of... the resemblance is uncanny.

I blame the mother.

God sensed the hate in her heart and tried to teach her to love instead.

Too bad she didn't.

"Gay children are born. Screwed up gay children are made."

Well put.

What do you want to bet 'mommy' made her boy into a self-loathing, closet-case?

Oy, according to Queerty, Jesse Kern, the young man in question, possibly was brought up on charges of "attempted oral sodomy" and "obtaining money under false pretenses" at one time. Also, the father may have headed up the KKK in Boise awhile ago.

Oy vey. That's a fine family there. The Nazi, the pervert, and the lady who looks like her head shifted before the glue dried (the resemblance is to Alfred E. Neuman). Just another Beaver Cleaver day in OK City!

Jeez, I feel bad for that guy. It's hard enough for me to hear her lunatic speech, I can't imagine how it would be as her kid.

Following up on @1, Dan, I'm curious. Are there any states in the US you fear traveling to with your son due to anti-gay adoptions laws?

Sad about her son.

I am willing to bet that she views his unlawful behavior as a result of his homosexual lifestyle, and not the result of his parents being extreme bigots.
