Oh, that's nothing. Last week, the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (Edward "Naughty" Nottingham) got busted frequenting a house of prostitution. Smart, but pretty dumb.

It is crazy to try to tie this to Clinton. It's getting to the point that if anyone supports/endorses someone, they are under the microscope. Maybe we should cease with endorsements if we are going to be so shallow as to tie every move by the endorsees to the candidates.

I mean, a mistress maybe, the occasional prostitute maybe, but "involved with a ring", that's some hard core stuff.

It's Clintonian (Bill), he seemed so driven, how could he expect to get away with it? I mean, he's pretty recognizable, what's stopping these girls from blackmail? I'm thinking he's also involved with some implicit violence, I mean how do you really provide that much discretion?

Jesus, it's a Hell of a day when I find myself agreeing with a Clintonista like Big Sven but no shit. Spitzer ought to come out and say "Look, Larry Craig sucked thousands of dicks in toilet stalls and he's still in office. Dave Vitter shit in dozens of diapers and paid hookers hundreds of dollars an hour to have his ass wiped and he's still in office so there's no way in Hell I'm resigning over this!"

If he ended his press conference with an off the cuff remark such as "I wish I had a dollar for every inch of dick that Larry Craig sucked and a dollar for every ounce of jism he greedily hoovered down his gullet so I could afford my legal fees, alimony for my wife, my re-election campaign and a couple of girl-on-girl shows when this is all over." so much the better.

Not that I've ever gone to a hooker (I like Inga too much, plus with my luck I'd pick up an STD,) but this Spitzer thing reminds me of the old Carlin joke- "there's nothing like seeing a cop, and realizing that you *don't* have a pound of cocaine in the trunk."
