Books Reading Tonight, Not Reading Tomorrow

onDavid Sheff and Nic Sheff were supposed to appear at Third Place Books in Lake Forest Park tomorrow. Nic wrote a book about being addicted to meth called Tweak. David wrote Beautiful Boy, a book about his son, Nic, having a meth problem. They cancelled the Third Place reading, citing “scheduling difficulties.” They “might” reschedule for next month, though.
However, David Sheff will be reading tonight at the Starbucks in the University Village (4634 26th Avenue NE, 522-5228). Beautiful Boy is the current title-holder of the Starbucks Book Club, or whatever it’s called. Thomas Pynchon could read at the Starbucks in University Village and I’d have a hard time dragging myself to it, but this will be your only chance to see the author in the near future. So now you know.

Dude, it is NOT COOL to set off my "Thomas Pynchon" Google alert and then not deliver.
I thought we said to keep NSFW images below the fold ...
I miss the nipples. I would have been so much more proud of Starbucks.
I like to think of University Village as Little Bellevue.
Kieron Dwyer has the nipples, but Starbucks will sue him if he lets the girls out to play.
