When I read "cystic fibrosis" I thought "fibromyalgia," and then realized I had no idea what cystic fibrosis entailed. So I looked it up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cystic_fibrosis
That sounds completely awful. I'm not going to read the book, but I totally feel for them.
