What about Condemned 2?
i got a rrod the other day and just bought a new xbox since my first gen doesn't have hdmi (the new pros do). i'll get the old one repaired (it is out of warranty) and sell it on ebay bundled with a few games i don't want and i'll make some of the money back. bummer. but i figured it was money well spent in that i wouldn't have to wait the "3 weeks" they estimate repairs will take.
more video juego coverage, btw. you can be the antithesis to gamespot reviews, eh?
Have you reviewed/played Call of Duty 4 yet? Amazing game.
There's a WoW update?
Sorry, I've been waiting to hear about Spore ...
Thanks for this, I need more game reviews, especially for the PC. :D
Some of the puzzles in Professor Layton definitely had me ready to put my DS through the wall.
Have you chilled out to Endless Ocean yet?
I *loved* Layton and highly recommend it.
However, adding to the math puzzles: don't play if you hate matchstick puzzles. I had no idea how much I hated them until I played that game.
Professor Layton is crack to my girlfriend. I'm still trying to get her started on Phoenix Wright though, Layton's only a gateway drug.
Burnout Paradise is way, way fun.
@1 - Don't have it yet, though word on the street is generally favorable.
@3 - I figured everybody with an itchy trigger finger has gotten hip to Call of Duty 4 by now. Won enough "Game of the Year 2007" awards, anyway.
@7 - Nope. My Wii is running Smash Bros pretty much non-stop lately, anyway, so it might be another little while, but I'm already biased against Endless Ocean. (For the uninitiated, it's an ocean sim on the Wii--you swim around and encounter big-ass virtual fish with no real goal, no weapons...just swimmin'). That sort of exploration might be worth it if the game was running on the 360, complete with HD support and realistic-looking marine life. The basis of the game is total immersion, but an underpowered system like the Wii doesn't make the game look even close to, say, one of those stupid high-def aquarium DVDs that play on flat-screens in cheeky lounges. Then again, some people REALLY loved Ecco the Dolphin back in the '90s, so I understand why people are into it. I plan on finally signing up for one of those online game rental services, and EO seems like a good title for the queue. Right between Zack & Wiki and Dark Sector.
anyone here interested in exchanging gamertags?
