Heaven forbid that an employer would communicate directly with employees, without going through the union goons. Thank God the cops have the union to protect them from their obviously abusive employer.

I hope the mayor remembers he's mayor because of police accountability & abuse problems under mayor Schell and chief Stamper.

Nickels is the new Schell.
Kerlikowske is the new Stamper.
Hillary is the new Nader.

Heaven forbid that an employer request employees to work more than 40 hours a week.

Heaven forbid that an employer hire cheaper labor from the untapped "child" and "immigrant" labor pools.

Heaven forbid that an employer reward employees who eschew representations when facing discipline.

Heaven forbid that an employer protect the image of his company by firing gay-acting or female employees.

Really? Have you completely ignored labor history for the last 150 years, or are you just willfully ignorant?

Heaven forbid an employer AGREES TO CONFIDENTIALITY during negotiations, and then waits until the union's negotiation committe is unavailable before breaking that agreement by trying an end run to the employees.

NEWSFLASH FOR NICKELS: We have a negotiating committee to handle negotiations for us. Simple concept really - like honor, dignity, and respect. Things Nickels' doesn't appear to understand either.

Sixshooter - appreciate the support. Keep the wet stuff on the red stuff and stay safe.
