well, this did get me thinking about something. it is lame when successful business are forced out (or a building) because of speculation (easy loans) for greater profitability.

Why isn't anyone lamenting the loss of the new teriyaki restaurant, Quizno's, nail salon, or Fedex/Kinko's that could have gone into the new building???

The same thing has happened with B&O. I talked with the owner on Tuesday and he said the owner of the building has put his redevelopement plans on hold, because of the economey.

kudos to them! I love that store! I bought the best book on math "tricks" and now I can do math quickly in my head. i wish they'd teach those things in school!
