How about "Iraq Five Year Plan"?

It's been five years - five years of bleeding trillions of US tax dollars, with nothing to show for it but blood, tears, and lies.

A.R.P.E.W.I. ?

I think, perhaps, she ought to make it sound as if the public were spitting out something that left a horrid taste in our collective mouths...

Plan To End War in Iraq Expiditiously, perhaps?

Her plan's name undercuts the very idea she's trying to promote. Qualifying her plan by calling it responsible implies that most advocates for leaving Iraq are irresponsible. Otherwise, the title would simply be redundant.

Hope for the best, but frankly I don't expect much. When she says she will "convert our current military involvement in Iraq into a comprehensive political, diplomatic and economic effort to assist the Iraqi people through a difficult transition," that sounds suspiciously like a kinder, gentler occupation to me.

By the way, if this is really a plan that's critical of the War on Terror, then I assume we'll be leaving Afghanistan soon? Ending the practice of extraordinary rendition? Closing Guantanamo? And of course she's going to be critical of the $700 billion military budget, right?...

"She’s rounded up a slate of Democratic challengers around the country, and she’s heading up a press conference with them today in D.C. to unveil their collective legislative agenda concerning Iraq."

If only the Democrats controlled Congress... oh wait. They do.
