@5 - I don't think they're that organized.

@6 - I'm sure there will be a campaign to have the superdelegates take the primary into account, (as there has been one to have them take the caucus into account) but they are free to choose their own vote, and if the primary turnout is as low as I imagine it will be, they will probably ignore it.

@9 You can check blackboxvoting.org
under the tool kit area for some ideas in starting a group in your area.

Blackbox deals with election fraud but some of the principals can apply to starting your own organization.

Unfortunately most of the slog posts critical of Paul is that of smirking, laughing and playgorund bullying rather than policy or issues.

@15 - you signed a legal oath when you participated in the Dem caucus. You swore (legally binding under our election law in this state) an oath that you would not participate in the GOP or other party primary this year.

Nobody made you sign in.

Same goes if you participated in the GOP caucus - you can't vote in the Dem primary either.

I didn't make the rules.

When you sign the ballot for the State Primary, you will see clear language that says you are signing an oath that you did not participate in the other party's caucus.

Basically, you legally bound yourself - twice.

Comprende?

From the ballot envelope directly above your signature:

"You must mark a party checkbox in order for your Presidential Primary vote to count. You may only select one party.

[box] The Democratic Party Oath:
I declare that I consider myself to be a DEMOCRAT and I will not participate in the nomination process of any other political party for the 2008 Presidential election."

Above that, we find "[...]falsely signing this oath is a felony punishable by a maximum imprisonment of five years, a maximum fine of $10,000, or both."

You signed the same oath when you checked in at the caucuses.

Do keep in mind that Republicans are famous for digging through records and challenging the voting rights of people.
