At yesterday’s state of the city speech, Mayor Greg Nickels announced a new plan to make housing more affordable in Seattle. The name of his proposal? The “Affordable Seattle Strategy.”

What's even better is this plan doesn't really do shit, making the acronym even more appropriate. With the South Lake Union Transit project and now this, Seattle building a reputation for ridiculous acronyms!
