Supposedly it's from falling down while drunk, but when she showed up in the hospital, her BAC was at 0.

You want to have sympathy, but really, its OJ fucking Simpson what did you really expect going in.

uh, this really isn't your classic case of victim blaming. first off, pretty much all these comments are making fun of OJ, not her. where they are mocking her it's for the situation, for making a bad choice. maybe we shouldn't make light of people who make bad decisions and then suffer consequences... maybe she's just a hyperbolic example of domestic abuse. or maybe if there are actual cases of people who should have known better this would qualify. i certainly hope she has and has had people in her life telling her, "DO NOT DATE THAT MAN!"
@4 She could easily have been sober at admission. Symptoms of many head injuries are late-onset. You can get a blow to the head and then have a slow bleed, or subdural hematoma, which becomes progessively worse over time. People can die from these injuries days or even weeks after the initial insult.
