I'm hoping the DoH does read Slog. Maybe then we could get some warm water in the second floor bathrooms, too! I'm afraid they won't care since we're not probably going to make the public sick this way.

Since you have a shroom log, maybe you should get a potted fern for bong water disposal. I suspect this is the cause of the blockage and residue.
