If she leaves at 6:00 from Dulles, I'm guessing she'll be landing in Seattle between 8:15 and 8:45.

When I was 16 I went to see Geraldine Ferraro speak. She was two hours late. "Just like a woman," I said. Indeed...

It looks like a flight from Dulles to Boeing Field, a 737-800 from ATA is in the air and scheduled to land at 8.45 pm. Very likely her...

Oh, and Obama's plane is scheduled to land 10 minutes after hers. Kind of interesting. I wonder if they'll run into each other at BFI?

I have to see her, so I'll wait hours on end starting at 8. I kind of need this to reaffirm or change my decision..for, uh, aesthetic reasons.

BUCKETS OF THAT!!one!

Maybe she's too busy getting her bullshit "my staff will work for free" story straight.

More lies--no surprise.

Is this event outside? Who's brilliant idea was it to have a rally outside in February at night by the water? I'm a fragile flower for crying out loud.

General, Pier 30 is large building. The rally will be inside.

Your fragile flowerdom will remain delightfully intact.

when?

Not "just like a woman," just like a politician. Been to dozens of political rallies with major candidates; never seen one that started on time. They have never figured out "underpromise and overdeliver."

@ Will in Seattle, I think you're mistaken. According to Obama's campaign website, he was in New Orleans this morning, and then was in Omaha getting an endorsement from the governor of Iowa. According to the Omaha World-Herald his rally ended at 6.57 pm central time (with him in attendance, or 4.57 pm here in Seattle). It takes approximately 3 hours to fly from OMA to Seattle, and only one flight today is scheduled from the Omaha area to the Seattle area, and it left about ten minutes ago.

So, who's wrong? You, or the campaign?

She will definitely be late. Almost all politicians are.
I remember waiting hours to see HRC and Bill speak in my college's gym about fifteen years ago and they were at least an hour late - sure, it was probably Bill's fault but bring food and water and something to read. Surprisingly, the topic back then was health care... I wonder if that'll come up tonight.

In Will's fantasy world, he and Brother Obama hang out and chill all the time, man. Down at the coffee shop, man. Just, you know, rapping, man.

@19, Omaha, Nebraska is on the border with Iowa and the Governor of Iowa was at the rally in Nebraska today, according to the link I posted.

Anyone remember the press's term "Clinton Standard Time" referring to Bill's lateness? (I say this not as a criticism, only a reminder.)

Okay, Brappy. My bad. ...Wonder why the Gov of Iowa would wait until now to endorse? Trying to influence Nebraskans? Odd. Oh well...

Hillary still hasn't shown. Packed to capacity, doors closed with dozens or maybe hundreds waiting in the cold. Standing in the overflow room, waiting for a flicker from the 4 plasmas, can't see into the main room. Great crowd.

Hillary pissed off a lot of potential caucusers tonight. The pier rally is being held indoors in a building way to small for the event. Though she accepted RSVPs on her website, they can't honor those RSVPs at the door. The room was filled and the doors closed before Hillary's plane was even scheduled to touch down in Seattle. If that's the best she and her organization can do, I'll caucus for Obama -- or at least withhold judgment until we see what Obama pulls off tomorrow.

If you care about the Iraq War, think before you vote

For 3 years, Sen. Clinton had taken the same position on Iraq as Bush.

She said the same words as Bush:
Sen. Clinton: "Every nation has to be either with us or against us"
Hear her say this on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbYGYiGjpUs

Sen. Clinton did not read the National Intelligence Report (NIE) which raised doubts about WMD in Iraq. Sen. Bob Graham even urged her and other senators to read the NIE before casting their vote on Iraq War but to no avail.

Sen. Clinton said that "intelligence reports clearly showed Iraq had WMD" even though she did not bother to read the NIE. (Senate proceedings Oct 12, 2002)

Sen. Clinton also said "Saddam had links to Al Qaeda" on the senate floor. This was a Bush talking point and no credible intelligence indicated so. Even several senators who voted for Iraq did not believe any such Al Qaeda link existed. (Senate proceedings Oct 12, 2002)

Sen. Clinton has not once admitted that her war vote was a mistake. How can she confront the Republicans saying that war was a mistake?

In Nov 2003, Sen. Clinton called for a ''tough-minded, muscular foreign and defense policy.'' She urged ''patience'' and worried about the political will ''to stay the course.'' She also said her vote for war was the right vote.

In Feb 2005, Sen. Clinton said that much of Iraq was ''functioning quite well" echoing Bush once again.

In 2005, Sen. Clinton appeared on "Meet the Press" saying it ''would be a mistake'' to call for the immediate withdrawal of troops or set a timetable.

Only after the majority of public opinion turned against the war, and she started thinking about her presidential run, Sen. Clinton changed her position.

Are you sure, she would not follow a "tough-minded" foreign policy similar to Bush's once she is elected. She already voted to label Iran's National Guard as terrorists giving Bush yet another pass.

Its interesting how the story has suddenly become, "Hillary has money problems" and even more interesting to see how folks like Anne Coulter and Rush Limbaugh are out there raising money for her because they say they'd rather fight her.

I wouldn't be a bit suprised if it was all orchastrated by Bill Clinton and Rupert Murdoch in some smoky room, but when it is all said and done, Hillary is so good at getting money that she can even get it from people who hate her. Well played Clintons.

I just got home from the Clinton rally (I did my part for my carbon foot print and walked, everyone else did their part and drove). FIRST: A mob is VERY scary. I don't like them, too much screaming and not enough listening. SECOND: She was late and made no apology, sort of like GWB. THIRD: Lots and Lots of promises, short on how to build consensus. FOURTH: The Snohomish County Executive is one HOT man.

So what's up with Gregoire? She only has about 36 hours left. Is she perhaps in camp Obama?
