I for one totally agree with Charles - it's all in the mind - and both Italian and French women see age as no barrier to being sexy.

French Playboy said, “The more time passes, the more her inner beauty glows.” Will American Playboy ever be that enlightened? I'm judging from that stupid TV show, and have zero interest in buying any magazine, let alone that one, but all American seems to be interested in is how much silicon can fit in a woman's chest.

Is that a reflection of who is running American Playboy or of America?

Thanks Charles there is nothing more erotic than reading your marxist interpretation of desire.

How old is Catherine Deneuve? In her sixties? I still want to have sex with her, and I'm homosexual.

Actually, what America really needs is for men to stop acting like a bunch of sexist boors harping on how women need to make themselves more attractive for them.

I'll just insist on my point without my previous and tedious explanation: AMERICAN WOMEN AGE BADLY. AWFULLY. And that's because they're already old at 25

It's so Marxist to lust after national gender stereotypes, especially when they're draped in the kind of high commercial fashion that requires the existence of consumer capitalism. But then this is just 1960s style radical chic posturing. In the end, it's all about how fuckable chicks are maaaaaaaaaaaan.

Great article, and so true. I'm still in my 20's, but it's just one more reason I prefer French men over their American counterparts. I'm a lucky girl to have found a great French guy here in Seattle.

What is sexist about this? A post respectfully celebrating the eroticism of older women?

If this is sexist, I'll have more of it, please.

I'll be respectfully celebrating the eroticism of Binoche in my room ....

MUDEDE WHAT THE FUCK you are such a HACK! Quick your jerking off on Seattle, on Amanda Knox, and now the world! HOLLER AT 13 & 15. There is nothing erotic about this post. There's a reason there are different words for porn and eroticism - but the reason no one knows the difference any more is pseudo-intellectual HIGHLY PSEUDO-EROTIC DRIVEL like yours. STOP IT, step back and dig deeper! If you really want to revive the erotic on behalf of our nation or even yourself, figure out your relationship to women. Maybe even talk to some - and then LISTEN. Oh and holler at 17 too. YUMMM to y'all who know this.

I live in France. Please believe me when I say these stereotypes (as much as the french would love for you to believe them) are not true at all.

All the tabloids here had pictures denouncing the first ladies wrinkled old body in a bikini in comparison to his new trophy wife.

So quit with your hard on for the french.
