The lunchroom/gymnasium at Olympic View Elementary was stiflingly hot, smelly and packed with Prius owners. Some chief decided it would be a great idea to put the precinct map on the opposite side of the room from the sign in tables, so people were freaking out because they didn't know what precinct they were in and couldn't easily find out. The PCOs seemed totally overwhelmed. My high school history teacher was in charge of my precinct, but I ducked out when my group...
