Hi guys, this was my project. I got the idea randomly around lunch time on 2/13. I went on a mad guerilla posting campaign around lower Queen Anne. I hope it brought a smile to someone's face. Glad to see you guys liked it.

That's not a phone number.
The tear-off tags read "i love you too"
Now the real mystery is why so many have been torn off. Was it posted that way, or did random passers-by really tear off that many?
