god i can't stand this fucker from Georgia. he was on Realtime with Bill Maher last week. He's a fucking racist. Anyone who says the Hussein and emphasizes the Hussein as if it's saying "Black" or the N word, has some hatred not just towards middle easterns but towards blacks and latinos. Since he is from GA, I wouldn't be surprised at all. I also think he's racist too because he doesn't go after Hillary. He goes after Obama with a vengence to make sure the White House doesn't have a black man as command in chief.

The whole flag lapel issue is a fucking waste of time. Anyone who wastes their whole energy to try to bring down someone for the level of "patriotism" is a poor excuse of an American.

@5, I would guess that he also hates women. These types usually do.

I both REJECT and DENOUNCE his lack of flag lapel pin!

@6, actually, i wouldn't be surprised at all. he's probably a closeted gay guy hangs out at rest stops waiting for tricks, then goes to church the next morning to talk shit about gays.

i think he's a momma's boy (i'm saying that with my native SC accent), because he did mention on last week's show that his mom was watching and he didn't wanna say anything to embarrass her. ugh. what a fucking piece of shit georgian redneck who probably comes from one of those towns in GA that proudly hangs the Confederate flag all around town to tell blacks that they're not welcomed.

@8 - You're funny.

Also, isn't it strange that the people bashing Obama for not wearing a flag pin fail to mention that John McCain, too, never wears one?

I said it before and I'll say it again - GOD HATES FLAGS.

Another proud representative of my state, ladies and gentlemen. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, doesn't it?

@9 - I'm sad to say that there are plenty of those Confederate-flag hanging towns down here. Fortunately, I don't live in one of them. (I know, I know...that just means the racism is more subtle.)

Hello @9 & @14. I'm a native Southerner (SC) & also lived in GA, NC & DC area. I agree with both of you. ...Hope all is well down South.

Man, makes me embarrassed to have had a flag sticker on my car after 9/11. I just wanted to show sympathy to those grieving, but this ahole makes me feel like a tool now.

Ah the old "hypersensitivity" bullshit...The party line is and always will be: "let us attack you mercilessly without question or rebuttal, you little bitch!"

Please arrange for this guy to speak for several hours a day on every channel that will take him. He's HILARIOUS.

He's on Bill Maher at least once a season. He was on last week with huge douchetard Repub talking about how JFK wasn't really all that great a President. It's like the fucking twilight zone, except that education is bad in this country that they can just talk out their asses pretty much with impugnity.

@6, I like how he commented that Michelle Obama was supposed to be the "main cheerleader" for the country.

If Hillary clinches it, does that mean Bill wears a short skirt?

@16, I'm also a native SC who escaped and now lives in Seattle.

Question to those who live in the South and read this. Do you think there's going to be a lot of shady things going on during Election Day this year to scare and turn away people, especially blacks and democrats from voting?

Posted by apres_moi | February 29, 2008 10:30 AM
24

@23, I'm really interested in the answer to that question too, although they were kicking blacks off the voting roles in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004 and calling people to tell them they'd be arrested if they tried to vote.

That said, an Obama nomination could really rip the lid off the racism that's still below the surface, and secure the black vote and hopefully some Latino votes for the Dems. Still, I have this lingering fear that the Democrats have found the only way to lose this election short of nominating a ticket with two black lesbians.

Cool, @23. I've been in Seattle for 8+ years, and love it! DC is second fav among places I've lived. ...As far as your question about what might happen in the South, my family tells me that the NAACP and others are closely watching every move taken by officials. Let's hope it works.

The First Lady is America's "Number One Cheerleader"? WTF? Is everything high school football to these people?

From prayer in schools (or before the game) to winning the war. (Yay! We won! Time for Pizza Hut!)

And I love how he CONSTANTLY interrupts Abrams. When all else fails and you're against the ropes, interrupt their train of thought.

Tools. All of them.

#26 - I was reeling over that one too. America's #1 cheerleader? That's his interpretation of the duties of First Lady? Ugh.

The cheerleader thing bothered me too. What a retard.
