Dick's religious, possibly tumor-inspired delusions. Imagine if there was a religion in the world based on Philip K. Dick's writings instead of L. Ron Hubbard's. I might consider joining, if just because it would be so mind-numbingly odd.... It's a classic from his brief brush period in the early-1980s. Another similarly great story from this period is the "Jelly Roll Morton's Voodoo Curse" which appears in its entirety at the Frye.
